This portfolio series proves showcases a combination of three different apartments in the condominium, Avant Residences. Each of these 700 square feet or less studio apartments use clever hacks to maximise functionality in a limited space.

In these small apartments interior designs, Jennifer Tan uses earthy, jewelled tones to pull off a sophisticated look. Additionally, choice decorations give the impression of a much bigger space than what the narrow apartments actually afford.

To make the most of the 71 square meters, Jennifer maximises the narrow but long home. The trick is to maximise the vertical space. For example, in the kitchen, cabinets extend from the floor to the ceiling. Apart from the most essential of appliances, the efficient kitchen cabinets also house a washing machine. Additionally, with the help of full height mirrors, the narrow space is seemingly doubled in the living room area.

STOW AWAY BED-DESK

A bedroom by night but an office by day. The bedroom doubles as a workspace with the help of a customised foldable bed. Once the mattress is tucked away, the desk is pulled down. It’s the perfect solution for apartments which need maximum functionality in a limited space.

IRIDESCENT FINISHES
