This Scandinavian resort makes space for living. Throughout the 5 room HDB BTO (Standard), function and simplicity are embraced to create a relaxing ambience. At the entrance, a cleverly designed rack neatly stores the homeowners’ bicycle and scooter indoors, and doubles as a decorative piece. Adding to the functionality of the home is a fabricated partition wall. It divides the expansive living room space, neatly conquering a newfound study room. To keep the home light and airy, a clear glass panel separates the kitchen from the living room for an open concept. Neutral toned wood grains found in the living and dining rooms are replicated in the custom cabinets. The project was completed with a $50K budget.
