Once upon a time, all homeowners wanted a cottage style home to live out their happy ever after. But not anymore. These days, most modern fairytales begin in a pastel themed, Scandinavian style home. Whimsical, beautiful and full of light, this 4 bedder condo interior design in Singapore is the perfect setting for a modern day fairytale.
The condo interior design incorporates natural elements like wood. However, it balances the dark grains with pretty pastels to lend a light and airy feeling.
In this 1246 sqft home, the 4 bedder condo is well spread out. Thus, there is no need to compromise or share each space’s functionality. The entrance to the home is well lit with downlights. Dwellers and visitors can remove their footwear on the custom made floating bench. And just beside it, is a full length shoe cabinet. Hence, there is no careless tossing of shoes around the home. Everything has its place.
Pastel coloured matte coated pendant lights hang from a wood beam ceiling. These add a modern touch of whimsy and feminity, contrasting the dark, bold wood grain in this dry kitchen island bar.
Small condo bedrooms can be challenging to design and decorate. Interior designer Jia Yi opts for custom made carpentry where possible to maximise the limited space. With this space saving hack, homeowners tripled up their headboard as a charging station and a mini bedside table.
