Jennifer Tan

Jennifer is a fated interior designer. After dropping out from NAFA’s graphic design course, she tried her hand at a Fengshui company as a plan coordinator. As Lady Luck would have it, her job required her working closely with interior designers to improve homes. It was then that Jennifer found her calling. Not long after, she enrolled in LASALLE’s interior design program.

Turbulent beginnings now far behind, she boasts over twenty years of design experience. Of which, five were spent as a senior design consultant for a top architecture firm. Presently, Jennifer specialises in design consultancy, and design and build projects for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Till today, Jennifer is passionate about creating dream homes. Drawing design inspirations from her travels, Jennifer pays careful attention to every stage of the interior design process; from ideation and 3D sketches, right up to material selection and project management. Homeowners should expect nothing less than a smile on reveal day.

What People Say About Team 28

More About Team 28

Q: Where do you usually get your inspiration from?
My design inspiration comes from my surrounding & time. I’d usually take time to develop and enhance my design. George
Q: What is a unique request that you have received from homeowners before?
To remodel a 3 bedroom flat by hacking down almost 90% of the interior walls, incl the toilets. The owner just needs a Master Bedroom with a linked walk-in, a home office and 2 bigger bathrooms. Huey Ling
Q: What are your thoughts on “The older the flat, the better for IDs”?
I could start all from scratch when designing an older flat. It’s like creating new art from blank paper. I have encountered such projects before and the progress was challenging, and I feel so accomplished when the outcome meets the owner’s requirements. Felix
